My advice to people interested in working at #LeonardManor as a #ChargeNurse ...
Do not do it because if the ADON gets it in for you there is no chance for you to make because her best friend is the cooperate nurse so you have NO support.
A #stressful #LeonardManor day
When the ADON and cooperate nurse are best friends there is no one to go to for issues that you have. They are friends and nothing will be done about any issues you have because they are best friends so who can you take issues to????
