Sometimes working with alot of children can be stressful. Some co-workers are young and don't have the skills that children need such as patience. I saw a situation such as this and simply traded places with the employee. She was not happy but did have a good after she removed herself from the situation.

Making children happy and watching them learn and grow really made me happy!
