My advice to people interested in working at #Kuehneandnagel as a #InventoryControl ...
There's too much favoritism, bad practices and bad management. I wouldn't work there only if it's absolutely no other options. If you are not kissing your managers, supervisors and general manager butt you will NOT move up within the company at all no matter how honest and hard worker you are. You will eventually start feeling like you are belittled and a peasant within the company. Also the hours ALWAYS changes inconveniencing you and a lot of people with childrens which cause people to either quit or be fired due to attendance.

Job location
The hardest part of my job search is finding a company that is willing to pay a person like myself with over 25 yrs experience what I deserve for what I'm able to bring to the table. Not only do I love what I do and have extensive experience, but I'm dedicated and very good at what I do. I'm not someone who gives up, I stick to it until I figure it out and become very good at it. I look at it like a challenge. Hardest part of my job search is I don't see most companies willing to pay for experience. They mostly seem to have a set pay wage applicable to everyone who applies. What I love about Kuehne & Nagel was the family atmosphere all of us workers had, we were a very tight unit. I just wish management would have backed up the employees more and they would have got more out of them. Studies prove if employees are supported and backed up by their management they actually perform at a higher level without having to be asked. And they feel good about it.
