Employees were like family. I truly enjoyed the actions of ensuring everyone had their breaks on time, completing all office functions.

I loved the customer interactions. I loved the money services action., i.e., making sure that all services provided to the customer were fast and efficient.

Doesn’t really take much just be I think It’s 15 or 14 or older, depending on the store and you might have to take a drug test depends on the store. After that you pretty much have the job

STAFF!!! Unfortunately they don’t pay the technicians enough to deal with the work load and the customers! If we had the staff to safely run the Pharmacy at the stores then we could do our jobs efficiently and safely! I’m always hoping for things to change for the better but it just keeps spiraling downward. Safety is the most important factor of being a pharmacist and I don’t feel that right now. I’m always hoping it will get better. It’s really effecting our mental health. I completely understand why customers are angry and I would like to do more to help.

My aunt saw a sign in the door-window for scheduled open interviews and I went straight in with my resume in hand for an interview and the lady told me then she wanted to hire me so I needed to make a profile on the Kroger job website and complete an application and call her so she could immediately pull it. My grandma works in a Kroger in Kentucky and she got hers fairly quick too. It's mostly just the application submission is like 4-5 days and background check that take like 3-4 days. I reccommend seeing if there are any open interviews first.
