To land a job at #Kids World I would make sure to...

Kids World was great. I learned a lot of about what you can and cannot do. It was hard at first trying to make it sure you do everything right. Taking care of other children is alot harder than taking care of your own. You constantly have to watch your mannerisms, what you say. Just a while different world.

I just need a #home-based job to take care of me and my #kids. I know that things won't be easy but doing this will be easier to take than the physical and mental abuse....I am a strong, confident, beautiful Queen and I know that my kids and I deserve better....I have never been on my own before..let alone with two kids. Yes I understand that may sound pathetic to some but this is my reality and my truth.... #latenightthoughts

This was the most racist job I have ever worked. They care NOTHING about their employees and are always in violation of the law. They have yet to pay me for my services. This company is ran by a bunch of white women who cares NOTHING about African American children or their staff.

Not only was I a lifeguard. I was a member of the community. We guided the youth in the right direction. We served lunch to anyone in need. We also had other programs to keep the youth interested in activities and keep them out of trouble. The boys and girls club was a great place for kids to go to for after school activities and events. We also helped with school work. We as active bodies was able to give guidance and show leadership. The kids would give respect because we showed respect.
