I cannot remember a big mistake that I've done. I have some flaws because nobody's perfect but i never done something that jeopardized our company.

Very stressful day or season in Kenwood Hauler are November December January because these are the peak season we need a lot of Drivers and Helpers since Kenwood is a Hauling Trucking Company that is handling contracts with various companies in delivering foods such as dry goods, frozen products, farm products like live birds (chickens ) costructions supplies and bottle beverages.HR department are busy conducting job fairs and hiring

working in HR department you encounter different attitude and behavior of people. I had an experience with one of the department head who likes to put you down in front of people. I composed myself and took all her criticism however i stand firm on a reason if i know I'm right. I almost gave up because that incident happened right before the year end meeting where all department heads are called . I was frustrated and hurt the way she handled our meetings but it was just a temporary feeling of disappointment , instead it challenges me more to improve my personality and work performances.
