I believe the ideas that Kaiser puts out there really good they just don't follow thru I think Kaiser pics rules they want to follow

I was trying to x-ray a patient with CP in a wheel chair. The poor patient was flailing about and really could not stay still! I believe I was thinking out loud so I appeared to look unsure of myself. The mother ripped into me stating to me I had no compassion. I assured her that I had compassion and apologized profusely.. That was my only bad day at Kaiser Permanente...

When I worked at #KaiserPermanente I gave great advice when

I done my externship in Kaiser Permanente. I'm in General Surgery, doing procedures stuff, Assisting the Surgeons, Rooming patients, Charting using Epic. Electronic medical record. I learned a lot working here. the doctors are the best and nice they let me to do stuff on my own. Teaching me professional.

I loved my coworkers, they were like my family. I loved being able to help the patients and loved working with great physicians.
