I always felt proud to work for Kaiser Permanente.

Kaiser was basically a good employer. I was in and active in the uhcw union. Kaiser had health insurance benefits, 401k, profit sharing, discounts on otc health product and a cafeteria discount. They had tuition reimbursement which i utilized to obtain my aa degree. It is a good place to work.

Be careful watch your back

I believed in the concept and ideas it's not real they don't practice it would be great if they did

Dealing with coworkers the people there must be careful

The drama is not with patients. Management encourages conflict between employees it's awful

I never had an issue with a patient at Kaiser but coworkers are cutthroat

I loved being really good at my job and taking care of people and the hours I work
