New To Jobcase
I joined Jobcase today. I'm exploring this community and I like what I see. I'm looking forward to making great connections here!

Grateful
I'm so glad that there's a website out there like jobcase, I'm highly impressed with what they're doing.

We all need to hear this!
Hi! My name is Serena, and I’m an intern here at Jobcase!
Part of my experience this summer is reading posts and comments made from fellow Jobcasers as well as finding quotes that resonate with me. From there, I make animations created from your words!
Recently, I was inspired by a comment made by [Joshua Peterman] (https://www.jobcase.com/p/josh.peterman2) . His words really stuck with me!
I wanted to bring his motivational words to life, so I created a [short animated clip] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KEhiYcD90j8) to do just that. I hope you find Joshua’s words just as motivating as I do.
I’ll be here all summer, so you can look forward to more stories and words of wisdom from the community!
So, when was the last time someone motivated you?
Let me know in the comments!

Advice for a brand new teacher on her first day?
Hey jobcasers? Any teachers out there who have advice for a dear family member of mine who is beginning a teaching career this week (6th grade - special ed and English-as-second language speakers in particular). All constructive thoughts very welcome! Cheers! #Teacher #education #advice

Hello Jobcase!
I'm new to Jobcase and wanted to say hello! Does anyone know how long it usually takes for a job posting to be approved? When I created my Jobcase account last week I posted a position that I am recruiting for but the status is still pending..please let me know how to proceed. Thanks!

Happy Fathers Day!
Happy Father’s Day all.
One of the many great things my father taught me was the concept to “Never forget what you are working for”.
So whether you are a great dad yourself or have a great Dad in your life - we at Jobcase HQ hope you have a wonderful day of reflection and fun!

Thanks
Thanks Matt B

Ruston is home
I love you all

What Does Memorial Day Mean To You?
Memorial Day is a day full of remembering our loved ones whom we lost who have served - friends, family, fathers, sons, mothers, daughters, brothers & sisters - and on this day, we honor each and every person who made the ultimate sacrifice.
I asked some of us here at Jobcase to share what Memorial Day means to them. Here’s what they said:
Ashley: “To me, Memorial Day is a day for admiration towards those that made the ultimate sacrifice for freedom. It also means much more than just honoring those who died for their country on one particular day, but a reminder that we should appreciate those people every single day of our lives.”
Katie: “Memorial Day is for remembering those who have served for our country and my grandpa, who was a WWII vet.”
Brian: “For me, Memorial Day is about spending time with the people I love who have served and remembering those who have sacrificed.”
Jason: “Sometimes we take for granted the freedoms we enjoy here in the United States, but they have not come without a price and have been earned through the sacrifices of those in the armed forces.”
Laila: “Memorial Day is a day for quiet reflection and remembrance for those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for this country. My heart goes out to anyone who misses the companionship of someone who lost their lives in military conflict. I do not grieve the loss of anyone today, but I do know many who were hurt or changed by their experiences in combat. I have no doubt they also grieve for lost friends and I will try to support them as best I can.”
Esther: “I have family members that have sacrificed for this country, some people who have lost their lives, and seen the hurt of their families, and the adjustments that they then have to make. Having a day to memorialize that means that there is honor and respect for those people.”
