You guys helped me more than you will ever know getting me through this 2 month job search. Thank you.

I was terminated from my last full time job about a year ago. I was quite depressed at the time. I got unemployment and did countless job search activities. Eventually, an email I got from Jobcase led me to a part time job. It was enough to pay my bills, but not enough to really save any money. A couple weeks ago, I got an email from my regional manager. It just said “call me tomorrow”. I was nervous. Why did he want to talk to me. The next day we talked. He told me, based on our talks where I indicated I wanted more hours, he was going to refer me to a woman about a full time position. I applied for three different shifts. Today, I got a notice that I had gotten one of them. Finally, after eleven long months I have another full time job. It starts March 18th. All the thanks go to God, whom I prayed to not nearly enough. I am so relieved and just wanted to say thanks to everyone out there and good luck to everyone in their job searches. Never give up.

We will keep making it easier to look great and capture all positive praises from coworkers, managers, and customers so you can take that with you as you move from job-to-job. And we will make things easier for everyone by turning your Jobcaser profile and resume into a common application for any type of work. This is your information, you should be able to easily control and share it as you see fit - & with just a few clicks, not constant copying and retyping. Fundamentally - we are working on all this to put you in the driver seat of your work-life.

2. EMPOWERING you through community Networking is not enough. Community is what matters. Community implies what is special about Jobcasers – we care about one another. We help navigate problems and opportunities. We don’t just help one another figure out what to do – we give support and encouragement. That is important. That is special. We will continue to evolve the tech that makes community building – large and small – easier and more effective for everyone.

3. ADVOCATING for workers interests Together as a community, we grow stronger as we grow larger. Together, we should reward good employers with our consumer dollars and encourage boardrooms to remember – workers are every bit as important to success as stockholders. And together, we will bring balance back to capitalism and make it work for everyone.

We only got here because so many of you have embraced a more positive way, where we support one another in the future of work. Thank you. Just as unions set out to protect workers, we have a vision to be a large, welcoming, open place for all – where workers are empowered, great employers are celebrated, and bad actors can be called out. A community for anyone: a) who cares about others, b) who drives their own work-life success, and c) who believes workers should be treated as well as stockholders.

There is a better way, and we now can work even faster to build the tools and platform for community building that you deserve.

Hello my new friends, I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to be a part of this. I don't know what I can do to help everyone but I know I am very good at pointing out and seeing peoples special talents. I'm new to this job case I kind of stumbled on it and really don't know how I even became a member but I'm so glad that I am I spent the better part of the evening Reading and Responding to some of your post. You know we are all in same boat one way or the other whether it's job seeking or a home, whatever the situation is we're all in need and looking for something.
