The customer got whatever they wanted and the employee was told they should do whatever the customer wanted no matter what the actual policy is. Customer is the only thing employee is always wrong.

The biggest mistake I made working for them was staying as long as I did.

Everyday as a full time employee. Most everyday as a part time employee.

Don’t unless you really need the money. The company and its corporate attitudes are very much not worker friendly and you can find a much better and better paying environment to work.
