Everyone there is great, for a first time job experience it was great, but don't let work relationships get in the way of your job. The managers and People in Charge are very nice and it's a easy job so what more could you ask for?

I read an address wrong, took to long to get a lunch order delivered.

A #stressful #JimmyJohn's day
When the store is short staffed. You get a large delivery order for platters, and drive-thru is backed up during lunch hour. All delivery drivers are taking 2-3orders at a time. Crazy, but you make it work.

Drama at #JimmyJohn's
When such an occasion looks like it's starting, I try to diffuse it quickly. You don't show co-worker conflicts in front of customers.

What I loved working at #JimmyJohn's
I enjoyed the interaction with the customers. Either the drive-thru window, front register, or when delivering orders.

Culture is important... at #JimmyJohn's
I Just like to work at Jimmy johns

I worked at #JimmyJohn'sinAddison because...
I wanted to work in a place with food. I have been working for Jimmy John's for 2 almost 3 years and now that I'm a certified, pregnant manager, things have gotten a little tough for me to where I am making the decision to leave and find another job. I have respect from most of the people in the store, both inshop and drivers but am repeatedly badgered by my general manager. In the guidelines on page 47-B in the Jimmy John's manual states that a manager gets at least 3 write ups before becoming terminated. I only had my first write up, but yet was told I will be terminated on my next offense. I live across town but still manage to make it to work everyday, whether I call in if I'm running late, or if something serious happens. I am still not being respected. I was told that there is one thing always going on with me and I have a excuse for everything, but when ur pregnant with your first set of twins, I am not treated respectfully. I know that I'm a excellent assistant manager and I do know I go through obstacles and challenges but I shouldn't get all my hard work taken away from me at all.
