To be honest, well behaved, integrity wise and be ready to learn.

The biggest mistake i made while working was not cross check the job finalised by the secretary which had wrong figure and sent it to the client.

The most stressful day i had was a personal one. i was purging all through the day and that made me very weak that i was unable to work, i have to rush to the hospital.

A co-worker from other branch got angry because his client was in a hurry to get his job delivered before the normal time frame but could not, that made the client to talk rudely to my colleague and he transferred the aggression on me but i was able to mange him, calm him down and see that the job was delivered to him.
