My advice to people interested in working at #JerrysJBoy as a #AsstManager ...
Give it your best always have a smile on your face jerrys is a great place to work for

The biggest mistake I made as a #AsstManager at #JerrysJBoy ...
Approach a couple by saying you guys she did not like it and she made sure she let me feel it

A #stressful #JerrysJBoy day
In 2009 we had an ice storm and we where the only restaurant open. Only two of us and one cook made it in that I must say was the most stressful thing

Drama at #JerrysJBoy
I let them say what they have to say than later pull them away from everyone and talk like adults we are a team and can’t get mad at each other

What I loved working at #JerrysJBoy
Great ppl awsome teamwork

To land the job I made sure my resume #JerrysJBoy
In December of 1999 i moved to the United States. My Husband was in the military and we got stationed in Kentucky. I grew up in the restaurant my dad owned two of them. So I wanted to stay in the field. Of course being new in a different country was strange to me at first. I seen Jerrys and I knew this was the place I wanted to work. In Feb of 2000 I applied and I got the job. It was a wonderful experience. I have learned a lot become better each day and enjoyed every moment.
