I use my skills to resolved issues affecting customers complains, making them believe that airtel ISON BPO is a wide coverage network which they can derive more benefits from. And I gave them reason to believe that the network provider is the best. An incident occur on a faithful day when a customer threatened to break his SIM card and do away with the network provider and as well encourage his friend to stop patronising the network, due to there was deduction that affected his line. I made him see reason not to do that by asking him several questions , like is he married, in return he said yes and I say to him what about a situation his wife wronged him will he chase her away and remarry, he laughed and feel calm in turns appreciated the network and I got his issue resolved
