My advice to people interested in working at #IrvingEnergy as a #FrontCounter ...

My advice would be that Irving Energy is a great company to work for. Great benefits just stay away from the Barre, VT office.

Feeling like no matter what I did it wasn't right. The new manager was rude and disrespectful to me.

Drama at #IrvingEnergy

I tried to deal-escalate the problem by keeping an even tone while speaking and letting the customer realize that I am listening to him. I explained what I was able to do, then took their name and number and explained that my manager would follow up with him. That seemed to appease the customer and he left with a smile.

What I loved working at #IrvingEnergy

I loved the co-workers, but most importantly I loved feeling I was helping the customers and the customers all loved me.
