I made working for #StateFarmShannonTillAgency a good experience by

The best thing I did was leave. She's over bearing, and invades personal space. She even had the audacity to ask me for my phone to go looking through to make sure I wasn't on it, and was doing work, that's the day I quit. Anxiety filled, and stressful work place. The money ( which isn't much) isn't worth it. I was there for 2 years too long and also watched other people go through the same thing. Agent is insane.

What I loved working at #BCBST

The work place was like family. We did our jobs, but were able to enjoy each other’s company and activities. It was a great place to work.

My advice to people interested in working at #HealthcarePartnersl as a #ClaimsProcessor ...

It is now Davita/Healthcare Partners and I worked at the corporate Office in Las Vegas for 11 years/ I was commuting from Pahrump total round trip 120 miles. Do to downsizing several of the employees that were there the longest were layed off. I would not commute again and am now retired.

termination

thought I had a good gig with Kaiser Permanente was getting great reviews from all my co workers 3 JD power awards for outstanding Customer Service within my first 60 days. I had a few set backs with my health. Had Doctors notes this last episode I put in a LOA and ADA paperwork like I was told. I always keep documents on my health. Everything seemed fine then at after my Doctors appointment last Wednesday my manager text me asking for an update and wants to have a meeting. I tell her Im in lobby my Dr filled out LOA paperwork and I contacted HR, union every little detail I tried to have a paper trail. But today she terminates me and adds misconduct and tardiness to my termination letter. I’ve never had any misconduct and was late a few times but always called in advance. was never written up or talked to about anything. She even offered me a different job to help me with my “ health issues “ But now she’s claiming she was having me terminated before my Dr filled out leave paperwork and claims she never knew about ADA. Except I have text messages.. Anyone out there have any insight on what to do? I have other co workers who have had issues with her. But HR nor upper management will do anything. She harassed me while I was on leave asking questions and I thought the new law said she wasn’t allowed to ask. I even had a panic attack at work and went to Urgent Care. Im just really stressed because I can’t file for unemployment with a misconduct on my record and I have no idea what its for she wouldn’t tell me. please help me..

Working for myself ill make about 10k to 20k more than working for a co... ill have No medical insurance. But i can work whenever i want. With a company i would have medical ins. It was May of 2014 when a hail storm hit pretty much all of Billings.
