Its a good company to work for with very rewarding and inspiring benefits! Gratifying is an apporiate word. I loved the work because I love people, red, yellow, black, or white. They are all humans who have gone through difficulties. Therefore, you must love people and be empathetic toward their feeling during a disaster! I was truly blessed to work with this agency!

My biggest mistake was on my first inspection. I was working alone with the client trying to get use to my tablet, and after taking several pictures, I failed to save them. When I went to the local headquarters in Jacksonville, to check my tablet, my pictures were not there I had to go back to the residence & retake the pictures! Mistake corrected!

Don't work here. Having you drive over 35 miles to work and don't pay you for gas or wear and tear on your car. Allen the boss does not treat his employees fairly he has picks even if you show up everyday and do your job perfectly he will still pay the guys who don't show up more money and even promote them to supervisor.
