I sent paperwork to our client that wasn’t complete, but that was my first few days and my training wasn’t complete yet. It did not affect our relationship with our client.

Not bad really. No one got upset when I made a mistake (which I wasn’t used to). I was harder on myself than anyone in the office was.

Drama at #InnovativeClaimService
No co-worker ever got mad at me, but an outside provider raised his voice and was very unpleasant. I kept my cool and did what I could to help. My manager heard the conversation and told me I did everything right.

What I loved working at #InnovativeClaimService
It was a great place to work. Everyone helped others if they needed it and everyone was appreciated for their hard work.

Everyone was treated with respect. It was a great atmosphere to work in and I always looked forward to go to work. That was not always the case at other jobs.
