No mistake per say, but I told myself not to allow people to get too close to me, because they tend not to want to work around you. They rather talk and thats not what im about. Im a friendly person so i dont mix business with pleasure. Job 1st.

Confusion coming down from a manager. You are told by Supervisor to do one thing and then manager come by and change it.

Drama to me was at a minimal, no real issue. Just an impatient employee once and i did what i was suppose to do to defuse the situation, and then turned it over to supervisor.

I love that fact of having the opportunity to grow with a company and feeling part of it.
