My advice to people interested in working at #InfinityRestorations as a #AssistantProjectManager ...
Great group of guys working there for the most part. I would prefer to hire canvassers to help with the door knocking. Too many other companies are doing that and it's hard to talk to everyone fast enough. I think hiring a few people would have paid off.

The biggest mistake I made as a #AssistantProjectManager at #InfinityRestorations ...
I'd go above and beyond investigating if new decking is required before roofing a house again.

After starting a tear off on a roof I acquired the roofers discovered it needed a new deck. I sent pic after pic to the insurance company to get it on a supplement and they usually approve it right away so the roofers can continue but they didn't. I told the roofers to continue with the new decking anyway because it was the right thing to do knowing I may have to pay for the decking myself. It took 5 months of communicating back with the insurance company before they approved it and paid for it.

What I loved working at #InfinityRestorations
I loved meeting new people at their houses, seeing the families and creating a trust to help them acquire the services offered by Infinity.
