With in the four walls of the prison is a city. As a maintenance foreman, I hired offenders who I trained to do many tasks. Being honest, and making no promises goes a long way in the prison system. During my employment, I never had a problem with any offender, or staff person. Every day was different, and every day was a challenge.

I like working in the criminal justice field and have been fortunate enough to save a life.
