The biggest mistake I made as a #AdministrativeAssistant at #ILDept.ofProfessionalRegulation ...
To file a bunch of grievances against fellow employees and treat them just as they treated me; with contempt and I distance. No one wants to hear it and they dont want to deal with it especially when it deals with blatant favoritism, racism, and even physical attacks which I also endured from a female supervisor who hated my guts.Blatant, witnessed physical attacks. Not one person was going to tell the truth which is that for no apparent reason she suddenly pounded me in a crowded elevator in the workplace.

A #stressful #ILDept.ofProfessionalRegulation day
The day I was harrassed by a male employee at the copier in MY area, doing my work, Of course he was exonerrated, his actions brushed under the carpet and I was told that it was not all I said it was -a white man 2 inches or less from my behind at the copier opening the bin WHILE I'm using he copier- mumbling that he needed paper which was everywhere on the floor including at the copier in HIS area!!! My grievance for sexual harassment and willfull aggression was returned UNFOUNDED.

Drama at #ILDept.ofProfessionalRegulation
She physiclly attaked me in the ladies room after hours in the state bldg. Both of us were fired. She was hired back 3 months later and after 14 years, the Dept. of Human Rights, EEO, HR for State of IL, etc., et., have yet to address my compliant and concern about this BLATANT breech of THEIR own laws. Go Figure
