It was really hump day! Angry patients and ph ringing as soon as you log in til you go home. Only to have other reps to spend 3? Min on a call as she was good at what she did but then would be laughing and prolonging rhe calls about other things unrelated.

We had a6 min to wrap up calls. The patients would sometime continue with their questions therefore sometimes it would take longer to wrap up the calls and have a satisfied customer.
