To stand out at a job at #IHOP you need to...
I made sure to go above and beyond with every customer that I had. I made sure that they had everything they needed and would also make personal recommendations for them. I've had customers compliment me almost daily about how they had the best service with me and because of my service they were going to come back.
During our company holiday party... #IHOP
We didnt have a holiday party at all.
