Something I learned at #ICS HEADSTART CENTER ...

I was a headcook for 15 yrs I love cooking for the babies doing the production, keeping temperature logs on the appliances that hold the food for the children I've learned alot because I also prepared meals for special needed children also so it was a great experience

I really loved working for #ICS because...

I love my job with ICS. The people I work with have a love and concern for the education of our children that is so obvious. We all work together as a team to insure the highest level of education is available to each child that comes to learn with us. We all greet them with a loving smile and insure a loving atmosphere throughout their day with us. I've never in all my years of employment felt so important to the wellbeing of others and felt the infinite love that is given in return! Working with ICS is very rewarding and just AWESOME!!

The biggest mistake I made as a #Machineoperator at #ICS ...

Working there. Not talking to proper people in office...

Drama at #ICS

Everyday, all day long you are depreciated and treated unhumanly at a work place. Without proper breaks. Supposed to have 40 min lunch but get repremanded if not back in 30 min. Mental abuse and thrown into other situations without proper safey gear. Gloves, masks, prentative burn gear, etc..

What I loved working at #ICS

People were good but supervisor and his trainee expect you to work without breaks for six hrs straight. Toxic fumes and smoke inhilation are costant.
