Highly trained with a group of high class people. The pay was exceptional.
What I loved about working at #IBEW Local Uni?n 349 was
Well for me, it has been wonderfull, there I met diferent kínd of persons, and always they are ready to help you, at IBEW Local Unión 349, everybody can learn and preparing to become an excelent electrical worker. I hope getting work there, because there I can get my dreams, become an electrical Journeyman and have a better salary to support my family, althought like now, when there is not to much work, they get layoff, and it is not good for nobody, but it is excelent place to work and grew up
One thing I would have loved to have at #Ibew was
Nothing the ibew is probably the best organization in the world to belong to
What made me stay at #IBEW was a lot of things. One is pay & retirement,insurance 2nd it’s the love of the brothers & sisters 3rd is the safety that is coordinated through the company 4th is the training

I knocked a sprinkler head off at the job it flooded part of the job site it took most of shift to clean up

It happened on two days on those days a man was killed on the job site even with all our training nothing can prepare you for that

I’ve been an Ibew member for 25 years I was on the Executive board for 15 years so I was involved in a lot of decisions and policies for our members
