What I loved working at #Hubstreat
I loved the vibe before art became manager. The restaurant industry needed more type b managers yet they hire a straight type a with a triangular themed mentality. Started changing stuff on us asap. Being rude, and started drama w our whole team. Blew smoke up our asses. It's just not cool.

My advice to people interested in working at #Hubstreat as a #Bartender ...
I wouldn't. They like to screw over people that make small mistakes and wear $300 shirts while stealing from the bartenders that misring a item, a void item. Hub streat switched my schedule around multiple times, took away shifts and basically owned me. They didn't stick to their word and just took from me. Would you like it if someone stole from u because they didn't like you? THIEVES. AND THEIR GM DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HES DOING. HE KNOWS HOW TO HUSTLE, AND STEAL. way to go but if he does that to employees he prob does that to the other side too.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Bartender at #Hubstreat ...
Walking away from bar for a minute. Mis-ringing an item (double ringing it on accident, I couldn't find the ticket on pos I put it on firstly) I didn't know those were mistakes. Except the mis ring.

A #stressful #Hubstreat day
The days that my previous manager art contained me within his little book of hr notes hr had in his head and forced some BS work. Once he became manager, everyone left and then I tried to leave. Couldn't because I was depending on the money then found out some info and got fired a few days later without a three sheet warning or anything.

Drama at #Hubstreat
They fired me. Wrong.
