My advice to people interested in working at #Jt’sseafoodshack as a #Hostess ...

Honestly not the place for younger people to work. Jt’s is drama and I tired to distance myself from it. I do honestly believe it’s because everyone there worked like family. Which was really good sometimes but could also be horrible at other times. I honestly do miss Palm Coast FL. And I do miss my position at Jt’s. But you have to be strong and have personality to work there so if it’s your first restaurant job I do not recommend it.

Honestly I would tell them that it's best fit for those who do not care about coworkers talking about them behind their back and that if they are looking for a boss who will communicate with them then they should look elsewhere. My boss would not only ignore me via phone but as well as in person.
