Do it lapiazza is a nice place to work. The workers are great and so are the managers they even work around you schedule. They are always hiring and always looking for nice people who care about there customers and are positive.

Have a positive attitude always be polite and greet people how you want to be treated

No big mistake made yet maybe sitting people at wrong table but i cant see managment getting to upset they are pretty fair

I would tell anybody interested in a fast paced restaurant business come on board its a fantastic place to work great team and all levels of managment are fantastic

Dont! Mangers dont care for new people, they talk about you behind your back and very rude and poor communications, no matter how much you do and how much you try they dont care they will not treat you with respect!

Dropped a $30 seafood platter all over the floor I was sick

The workload is heavy with no pay

Be ready to be on your feet all day! Especially on weekends and around holidays because you might not get a break, but it's a fun job.

They Have Favoritism & its really ridiculous the managers didnt even handle stressful situations appropriately cursing and disrespecting workers because everyone asked them for help
