What to put on Resume

I started 25 year my career in the hospitality industries. This is an industry if you succeed you learned how to plan systems like kitchen design, menu design, customer service, plumbing, marketing, d=sales budgets, and information system backwards and forward. I can write a budget and analyze while budgets fail and have the ability to create ideas that may fix them. Then I attended UMKN Block School Of Management and Have no ideas what to put on the resume now that I have calculous, stats, business accounting, and contract law mastered. I have mastered the art of team building from 14 year olds to vets. I have mastered the art Rockfest from ordering, selling, to returning 1.8 million dollars in beverage sales in 9 hours. Then have it all cleaned up in four days. So what do I out on my resume, Now I learned how to build and tweak applications and systems to assist in any types of business. What I put in my resume. I want to work a non-profit or small business that could use a very experienced professional, customer service, IT, Hands on manager, and have a great education at 43. I am looking for great companies as well companies with an open mind to grow with society, sustainability, and future vision in the beginning stages of development. Any idea what kind of opportunities are out there? How does 25 of experienced as executive chef, restaurant manger, and as project relate to college experience?
