My advice to people interested in working at #HinsonEnterprises as a #VicePresident ...
I will try and do my best to do all i can do to help you perform in a very productive manor. And if you give it your all, The company will keep you moving up in every way. In pay and also in promotions.

The biggest mistake I made as a #VicePresident at #HinsonEnterprises ...
Wish that i had more time to control the staff in a more broad perspective.

A #stressful #HinsonEnterprises day
I can think of one day that i had to run the office all by myself. It was a hectic day. So i made the best of it, and on that day Isold 20,000 sale.I stayed late and test each unit myself because the fortune 500 company was down costing them 1 million an hour! Made sure the warehouse packaged and go shiped that day. Then i left for the airport where the company flew in and picked the up. that was a great day.

Drama at #HinsonEnterprises
When i let my workers know that i was not going to put up with been late for work any more . I let them know it did not only make them look bad but it makes the whole company look bad. Then if it happened again they would get a pink slip.

What I loved working at #HinsonEnterprises
I was the owner. I loved to be in charge of the company, I had a meeting every morning to find what the problems were and to share my voice on what has happened. To give each employee a little bit of advice. I loved talking to all the customers and the fortune 500 companies. I loved having to fix problems for my company and also the company that was having problems.
