Do not do it. They over work you and under pay you. If you're a woman, you will be sexual harassed. If you complain about the work environment, you will be written up or fired. You will be yelled at, degraded and your kindness taken advantage of. They will market themselves as family oriented but then treat you like "the ugly stepchild". They only way you survive in such a toxic environment is if you are already friends with upper management when you apply. If you decide to quit or happen to get fired, they will fabricate false claims against you. They make employees, with threats on their jobs, write false statements so you cannot collect unemployment or find another position. I left there in December after 5 years of putting up with all of this knowing how the owner operates. Had I known these things in the beginning of my employment, I would have never applied to begin with. I hope none you make the same mistake. Good luck in your job search!
