One of my most stressful days was receiving a panic signal from a client on the go and when we got to her location she was unconscious behind her steering wheel foaming from the mouth myself and my team members tried effortlessly to resuscitate her with no luck.. when the ambulance arrived minutes after we were told she had a massive heart failure, and that for me was my worst day on the job.

We were a trained tactical unit with no room for mistakes or grudge, with that said I've never experienced being in an argument with any of my co-workers and in the event of a verbal conflict my actions would have been to ask one of our commanders to intervene so the situation could by quickly normalized as the effectiveness and safety of our duties depends on a team effort without prejudice.

I loved the drive and support we got as a unit from our commanders and also the attentiveness of our director, they were always apart of our day to day operations, I also enjoyed the idea of making our clients know that they were safe and protected at all times, it was a beautiful experience.
