I enjoyed my job duties at Harry Yokum’s office. I enjoyed reading the people, making their daily deposits, working in the files, and the telephone work. Harry Yokum was a very good employer. I learned to work with a variety of personalities & duties.

Even permanent full-time employees are not able to get any of the benefits that are first offered in the call center. Income is based on call order volume. I worked there for 18 winter holiday seasons. We did orders for multiple companies and changed product lines several times in order to keep calls coming in. The place changed owners, names, and fell into bankruptcy before. Definitely not a reliable source of income if you want to budget.

Letting a staff member get under my skin.

I am a gluten for a fast and furious pase. But when management decides to the busiest days and nights to do evaluations of their staff it's not a good idea.

The wait staff was way too young for the task at hand. The management was looking for professionals and didn't do what was needed to obtain that goal. A lot of he said she said immature antics. The buddy system was definitely in effect.

I loved the money, the guest where just what any true waiter / bartender dreamed of. The menu was top of the line and the restaurant it self was exceptional.

I still work there loven every day I'm there great staff great people always a blast.
