If you are a people person and you like to serve customers a good quality fast food meal Hardee's is the place.

Remember, we're talking over 20 years ago but I remember the most stressful days were when the "suits" came to inspect. You always worried that you were violating some policy from the manual or some OSHA violation.

I let the employee vent and then we worked on a solution. She quit for a while but was hired back and we never had a problem again.

As far as a customer that was angry. They were not really angry with me they were having a bad week anyway and all they wanted was a breakfast sandwich which was messed up on my watch. I apologized and gave them a free meal.

Interaction with people; coworkers as well as the public.

i didn't hate working there, i just felt uncomfortable at all the new regulations that had the inverse effect as intended. It was supposed to make work easier; they made it harder. Also, some of the things they wanted to do and for me to do I felt were unethical, so i made my way out in a professional manner.

I went and got my supervisor
