The biggest mistake I made as a #ProgramDirector at #HandsofHealing ...

I wouldn't say it was a mistake, but I wasn't train as a program director, I was basically thrown in the position, because the company received a citation because they did not have a program director. because I wasn't trained, there were a few things, I was unaware of. The agency never received a citation while I was the director. That was a favorable in my opinion.

I was looking for work in my field as a LCDC. I answered an ad. I loved the name and I felt I could be an asset. I'm a hard worker, I'm ethical, I'm fair and I care about people and I'm a people person.
