Maintain professionalism at all times. Make them feel that they can rely on you with everything. Show them you are able to handle any task they give you, big or small. In due time, they will fall in love with you!

Covering transactions. I never understood their system.

Rainy days were my most stressful days only because I feel uncomfortable working in rain. I dealt with operations so that required me being outside.

I redirected them with a smile and a calm manner or I would notify my manager and have them deal with that person or situation.

The teamwork, and their level of patience. Very positive environment.
