many of times customers will be unhappy for whatever reasons I used to tell my other servers I would train if they find one thing wrong in the area or with you that's understandable if they find to usually they start looking for three and four so be ready be prepared humble yourself move forward don't let this situation stick with you move on keep your eye on the prize the night's not over any more customers will be following them so don't let it ruin your evening

I'll never forget it was Mother's Day and two servers called in we had a full book evening I got triple stat to 6 tops I think it was 2..4 Topps back to back and I was in the weeds heavy in the weeds The Kooks couldn't keep up with the orders coming in normally we were running a 12 minute ticket time that wasn't happening this Mother's Day LOL

no matter what restaurants you work at you're always going to come across unsatisfied customers you handle it the best way you can under the circumstances always try to provide them with the most pleasurable dining experience possible but when it's out of your hands you directly go to your supervisor and hand it over you never take things upon yourself when you feel angry

I was able to work both front of the house and back of the house I prepped and cook during the day and then serve the customers at night I learned all there was to learn about the menu items ingredients and also wines and spirits I learned to enhance my sales skillsbuy up sellingwhich in turn provided me more money at the end of the night
