A good Divisional Vice President. The Michigan Vice President was awful. Has no idea what he is doing or how to motivate people.

Don't expect to get scheduled breaks. Expect to work hard and get little if any recognition. Pay is below average, for the amount of expectations that the company has. No consistent schedule, you work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. One other thing is, expect to work by yourself, all while giving great customer service, keeping the store clean and stocked.
