It's a great place to work. Expect to earn your pay because the workload is heavy but you'll have a strong supportive staff to work with.

I don't think i made any big mistakes. Maybe forgetting to pay an invoice by its due date would be the biggest thing.

I can't really go into detail, it's confidential info, but in short i had to make allot of phone calls to vendors regarding late payments. Many were very angry and it was a stressful time. I had to have a really strong rapport with them to keep our orders coming in with only a promise to pay from me. I have the ability to get vendors to like and trust me.

I remained professional and went to my immediate supervisor to explain the encounter. We discussed the options of handling the situation and the co-worker was talked to and all agreed to move forward from the situation.

The people i worked for and with; the owners and most of my co- workers were all a very nice group of people to work with.

I did above and beyond the expectations. Always on time and kept up on my workload.
