The only time there was conflict with any Golf Cars Etc. (GCE) employee was when the owner and manager informed me of the change being made in our original compensation agreement.

Golf Cars Etc. (GCE) reduced our original compensation agreement when I sold more units at higher margins than GCE expected. GCE could not accept that even though GCE was making more profits that a Sales Rep should also receive additional compensation.
