My advice, to those who want Gold Fields is that. It's a big and good company to work with. It's one of the biggest gold producing mining companies in Africa and the highest production of gold mining company in W/Africa. Anybody who want to be with Goldfields, must be hard working, faithful to the company and safely/environmentaly conscious.

I realised a mistake on my part when the training manager scheduled accreditation training for trainers and my superintendent and myself have to attend but decided to attend on breakdown whiles my supervisors were on duty thinking another chance may come on by side one day but did not.

That was when the WELDING shop was tasked by HME- HOD to fence the workshop yard, that put more pressure on me because finishing date was very short.

That was when one excavator operator was digging with the shovel bucket and realised that the tooth was worn out and didn't report, worked with it damaging the adapters.
