They have sold the business. But customer service in the food industry is very fast paced. Keep your focus on what you're doing.

The biggest mistake I made as a #CustomerServiceRepresentative at #GoldbergandSolovyfoods ...

A customer expanded to 2 stores and I put the wrong account number on the wrong store. Delivery was fine but had to change the invoice of a very large order

Most of the people I worked for and with were professional. Don't remember anyone getting angry. A mistake that may have happened was handled with finess
