Unless you can live with almost total silence, a bad tempered shouting neurotic person, don't bother, I thought he would change with time and that did not happen, you can't teach old dogs new tricks

Accepting my bosses behavior from the beginning, should have left long time ago

There was always too much drama at this office, Boss was a very smart but neurotic person with a tendency to raise his voice, he yelled at to top of his voice so that everybody hear what he was talking about, he even did this to his son that works for him. He wanted no laughter and no communicating with your co workers because it distracted him
