My advice to people interested in working at #GilgalChurchesofKenya as a #Pastor ...
A place with great potential. All one needs is to have the right spirit and motive.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Pastor at #GilgalChurchesofKenya ...
Becoming too common with the members. Most took advantage of the goodness to further their selfish agendas.

A conference that coincided with the Senior Pastor getting so ill she had almost a system breakdown. I had to run the whole conference and source for funds to give honorarium to the invited guest preachers.

Drama at #GilgalChurchesofKenya
I kept calm and avoided a direct confrontation.

What I loved working at #GilgalChurchesofKenya
The fact that the leadership was attentive to the concerns I raised and the ideas I had. I found the church in a 10 by 12 feet room and through constant mobilization we bought a big piece of land where we built the current church building not being more than 20 members.

What made me stay @ #GilgalChurchesofKenya was
I served at Gilgal Churches of Kenya for 7 years as A praise and worship Leader, Church Coordinator, Associate Pastor and its Secretary General nationally. The working atmosphere was very sweet in that the Senior Pastor who is also its Bishop was very accommodative. She ensured I had enough room to exercise Gods will.
