My advice to people interested in working at #GiborCo. as a #ManagingDirector ...
Depends on the position. If accepting the position of the Managing Director-like mine- I would recommend him to take some secure financial documents from the Board of Directors in screw to a legal office.

The biggest mistake I made as a #ManagingDirector at #GiborCo. ...
Trusting the Board of Directors written promises for my end-year benefits which led to my resignation.

A #stressful #GiborCo. day
When the electricity in the zone the co. was located in went out. Not having any emergency generator, all the plastic extruding machines were stuck with hot raw materials inside, cooling & sticking inside machines.

Drama at #GiborCo.
First I calmed him down by agreeing with his issue. Then, requested a meeting with him during which I discussed possible pros & cons of his delima and finally persuaded him to see himself in my place & analyse the financial situation of the co. Eventually we mutually agreed on an installment payment of his claim. At the end his anger was gone.

What I loved working at #GiborCo.
Satisfaction of production increase by purchasing one new extruding machine, expanding the factory space by renting a big vacant warehouse next door, hiring new workforce which resulted in large increase in profits.
