The biggest mistake I made as a #Customerservicerepresentative at #GerberCollisonandglass ...
Not telling higher up's about mistreatment by specific coworker and informing higher up of his unethical demeanor towards customers

A time I was disappointed at #GerberCollisonandglass
Was working on something not related to work, when an employee recorded the back of me. They managed to send it up to the market manager and convince him I was sleeping on the job (not hard to do when you are only viewing a video from someones back side and taking word from someone that verbally abused said person on multiple occasions and whom finally stuck up for herself (day I got fired too, how ironic...)), which equated to me getting fired that day. So basically unless you play their politics don't expect to stay there very long. They would rather keep men in their positions that sexually harass women and transfer the woman to a different location, then fire said man from job. Furthermore, they would rather keep someone employed at their company that asks customers "if their wedding ring blocked the hole", and to even go as far as to commit to a date with a married woman, stiff her on said date, and then have to have the CSR deal with said customer's incoming calls for him (mind you it was an average of 5 calls a day for over a week), while customer came up with lame excuse as to why she was calling shop repetitiously and it was due to said employee stiffing her on date and not answering her texts and / or calls.
