The company keeps putting more responsibility on you, less hours in stores but more work to be done. To much focus on operations and not enough on customer focus. The company talks customer service but the company keeps putting more work into stores. Ie,; ink tagging, monthly town halls with no extra hours to do them, tons of training with no training hours, etc.

Everyone that interviews me ends up with stating that I am over qualified for the position .
