Go in with an open mind. The company is driven by some very accomplished & goal oriented employees. I have a lot of piers that I have remained in contact with and enjoy their friendship.

I cannot recall any issues that I would regard as a mistake. There were times that a decision was made to grant extension of credit & the customer or client was not completely forthcoming with all pertinent information.

When I misunderstood an employees intentions.

A very driven energetic group of people. Management had set goals which were created by the entire team of employees. Employees set goals for themselves and departments. Company worked together as a team, a pleasure to work at Foss. #motivation
